    I give permission for my child to take part in all London Elite sporting and educational activities. I understand that London Elite will not be responsible for loss or damage to property, clothing or money except where it can be shown that London Elite were negligent.

    I understand that the information London Elite are asking for will be held on a computer or other secure filing system subject to the conditions of the General Data Protection Regulation 2016.

    London Elite do not release any information to any third parties, however where we have received funding from a charity or Government department, we are required to pass on the details to prove that we have provided a service to Young People and the Community. In case of any safeguarding concerns, we may also be required to pass on information under the terms of the Children’s Act 1989.

    You can ask to see your child’s records at any time – please ask any member of our staff.

    We like to record training, matches or special occasions with photos or videos of those taking part, so that we can share the positive moments with everyone. We will share these with you digitally or you can buy a print from us too if you wish. We use all images appropriately and in line with the Football Associations photography guidelines which are available for you to see at any time.
